Terms of Service

By accessing or using Retroboard (retroboard.org), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using Retroboard on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You sign in with a Google account or email address via our authentication provider. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

You retain ownership of the content you create on Retroboard — boards, cards, comments and survey responses. You grant us a limited license to store, display and transmit that content solely to operate the service. Public boards are visible to anyone who is signed in and has the link.

You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to breach or probe our systems, no abuse of other users, and no automated scraping at disruptive volumes.

Retroboard is currently free. Paid plans may be introduced in the future; existing users will be notified in advance and no charges will ever occur without explicit opt-in.

You may delete your boards and stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. On termination we delete your personal data per our Privacy Policy.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding a claim.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
